Our purchase terms

Returns and exchanges are not available for RangSa art kits. All purchases are final.

Because every kit contains pigments, brushes and pre-marked surfaces that cannot be resold once opened, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations after an order is placed.

Orders are now open, including bulk orders. We share dispatch details by email or WhatsApp as soon as your kit is on its way.

Kit contents, motifs and packaging may vary slightly as we refine each kit at this early stage. The art form, materials and finished result stay as described.

You can pay online or choose Cash on Delivery. Cash on Delivery is available across serviceable PIN codes in India, and the full order amount is collected in cash when your kit is delivered.

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay, and RangSa never stores your card or banking details.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We ship across India from our studio in Bangalore, Karnataka. Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number and PIN code at checkout — we cannot change an address once a kit has been dispatched.

If a parcel arrives damaged in transit, write to us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and contents, and we will do our best to help.

Every kit is assembled by hand and several components are made by artisans, so small variations in colour, grain and finish are natural and are not defects.

The artwork you create with a RangSa kit is entirely yours. The photographs, illustrations, motifs, pattern booklets and written content on this website belong to RangSa and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
